UniSpark HR was founded on a simple observation: businesses in the Middle East were growing fast but being held back by HR complexity, compliance risk, and the high cost of building internal people functions.
We built a solution that delivers a complete HR function — compliantly, at scale, and at a cost that makes sense.

Our Story

UniSpark HR started with a question:

Why does every growing business in the GCC have to reinvent the same HR wheel? The same employment contracts, the same WPS compliance challenges, the same struggle to find good senior talent and the same high cost of getting it wrong. We knew there had to be a better way.

We built UniSpark HR to be the answer:

A modern HR as a Service provider that combines regional expertise, technology-driven processes, and genuine outsourcing efficiency to give organisations in the Middle East the HR function they need without the overhead they cannot afford.

Today, UniSpark HR manages HR for organisations across 12 countries:

From startups with 10 employees to enterprises with hundreds of staff across multiple GCC jurisdictions. Our Aviation HR practice has added a capability that no other Middle East HR provider offers. And we are just getting started.
